Our joinery factory in DIP 2 is fully equipped, and it's central to how we work. By handling everything ourselves - from design and production to material quality and finishing - we keep full control. We never outsource, and we only deliver when everything meets our standards.

We plan your joinery as part of the entire interior, coordinating with the MEP layout, flooring, and finishing schedule from the beginning. This approach helps prevent sizing errors, delays, and installation problems that can occur when another company uses drawings they did not prepare.
We’ve seen what happens when joinery doesn’t fit: gaps that need repairs, doors catching on new floors, or units blocking electrical points. Our process is built to avoid these problems. The same team surveys your space and manages the design, production, and installation.
Our joinery team has over 17 years of carpentry experience across the GCC. Since we started Atelier Five Interiors, we’ve completed more than 100 joinery projects for villas and apartments in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, Meadows, and Downtown Dubai.

Our usual lead time for bespoke joinery services is 6 to 8 weeks from design approval to installation. If your project is bigger or more complex, it might take a little longer. We’ll confirm the timeline with you when we prepare your proposal.
We use solid wood, natural veneers, MDF, melamine, laminated chipboard, and HPL. The best choice for your project depends on the design, how it will be used, and where it will go.
We are usually able to create a close match, especially for newer installations. Our finishing team can copy stains, lacquers, and profiles so that new pieces fit in well with your space.
It can be harder to get an exact match for older or well-used woodwork. Wood changes colour as it ages, and some materials or finishes may no longer be available. If this happens, we will let you know what is possible and recommend the best way to keep everything looking consistent.
Yes, as bespoke joinery manufacturers, we handle both design and manufacturing. Our in-house team manages everything from the initial design to production and installation at your site.
At this time, we do not work on commercial projects. Unlike many carpentry and joinery companies in Dubai, our focus is exclusively on residential joinery for villas and apartments across the city.
